What to Expect.

  • Book your session and pay your deposit

  • You will receive a prep guide from our studio team to help you prepare before the session and set up a call with Emily

  • Day of the session you will get pampered with hair and make-up

  • During the session I will pose you and your family to make you look your best

  • After your session we will schedule a Reveal and Ordering online meeting to go over your images together and decide on what products you want. This happens within one week of your session

    • First Year Portrait Membership ($800) • 1 Premier Session (typically newborn) • 3 Simple Sessions for milestones • Priority booking & discounts • $200 collection credit per session • Add-ons: Hair & makeup ($200), Cake & balloon for 1st birthday ($150)

  • Our home studio is Studio 25 Naperville located in downtown Naperville - 25 W. Jefferson on the 2nd floor.

    • PREMIER Experience (Family & Newborn) • Studio or on-location • Customized to family needs • Travel available (additional costs may apply)

    • SIMPLE Studio Experience • All-white Naperville studio • Ideal for individual portraits, milestones, themed shoots • Minimal distractions for young children

  • We know how exciting it is to see your photos so we will work with you to have your reveal and ordering session the same day as your sessions. If this is not possible we will schedule as close to your session as possible - we aim for within 24 - 72 hours. You will see a gallery of lightly edited photos and choose what you want to purchase during this call. Then we will go back for a deeper edit of whatever photos you choose to add to your collection or print. You will receive your jpegs within 24 hours of your ordering and we will begin the process of working on your album design and printing. You will typically receive your order within 6-8 weeks.

  • FAMILY (Premier): 6-8 weeks in advance

    • Allows time for planning

    • Weekend slots fill quickly

    MATERNITY (Simple): 7-8 months into pregnancy

    • Studio sessions in our Naperville location

    NEWBORN (Premier): Flexible timing

    • Book during pregnancy

    • Contact us after birth to schedule

    FIRST BIRTHDAY CAKE SMASH (Simple): Around 11 months

    • Book 1-2 months before the birthday

    • Limited slots available each month

    • Perfect timing for party invitations and decor

    We book up fast, especially for weekends and peak seasons! Don't wait to reach out - we sometimes have last-minute openings due to cancellations.

  • PREMIER EXPERIENCES:

    • FAMILY: 1 hour shoot + 1 hour hair/makeup

    • NEWBORN: Up to 2 hours shoot + 1 hour hair/makeup

      • Extra time allowed for baby's needs

    SIMPLE STUDIO EXPERIENCES:

    • Standard: Up to 20 minutes per person

      • Optional: 1 hour hair/makeup

    • FIRST BIRTHDAY CAKE SMASH: 1 hour

      • Includes 3 outfits, cake smash, and balloon

  • We love to offer guidance so that you feel confident for your photography session.

    • Online Styling Tool:

      • Free guidance for individuals or families

      • Suggests styles and color palettes

      • Use what you own or shop with provided links

    • Professional Stylist:

      • Available upon request - additional costs will apply

    • For Newborns:

      • Keep it simple: plain onesies, swaddles, or diaper

      • Optional: include special blanket or family heirloom

The Premier Session Investment

Our Premier Session Fees are a luxury experience that include:

  • Professional Hair and Makeup

  • Detailed Assistance throughout your session

  • Session on location or in our our beautifully curated studio

  • Your Viewing and Ordering Appointment

    Studio Session Fee is $550
    On-Location Session Fee is $650

*additional $100 for weekend session

All images and products are sold separately

I don’t truly have the words for how incredible our experience was with Emily! From the moment we reached out to her for our newborn/family photos, she made us feel so comfortable and like we’ve known each other for years! She is such a sweet, empathetic, passionate and beautiful soul and has incredible talent for capturing authentic moments and emotions. Our family feels truly blessed to have chosen her to capture this time in our lives, welcoming our new baby boy into our family. They are photos and moments we will treasure forever. The photoshoot at the studio felt so comfortable and was such a blast! The studio is GORGEOUS and such a great backdrop to our photos. Emily was even incredible with my 3 year old toddler!
